THE TRAINING DELIVERY MODEL
The Training delivery model works as above. The whole process starts with identifying the companies which are going to recruit graduates. This interaction is done with many multinational companies and medium and small size companies. This helps us to understand the skills set, competencies required in the work place tomorrow. Also as today we are living in a dynamic environment wherein every day the requirement is changing, so keeping some of the best industry experts in loop helps us to create a very need based and solution oriented product.

Once the interaction (need analysis) is done, we conduct a very detailed scientific evaluation to understand the different skills, behavioral competencies and level of functional knowledge the student carries. This helps in distributing the students into different ladders. Ladders are not categories like good or bad, strong or weak but an understanding that there are still some steps to be taken to go ahead. But this contain a pre – conceived notion that everyone does not matter whatever strength or weakness carries, he / she already belong to some ladder and this only means they have worked for it. This makes sure students does not carry any inferiority complex or limiting beliefs inside.

Post the distribution in to ladders, specific modules with focus interventions are delivered to help the students improve. During the training and post training, continuous assessments are carried out.to make sure the impact is being delivered and change is happening. The scientific assessments can also be shared with participating companies for hiring.
